Department of Finance and Accounts:
Preparation of Annual Estimates.
Budgetary Control.
Liaises with Ministry of Finance on Budgetary Matters
Setting up of Accounting System.
Preparation of Annual Appropriation Accounts.
Control and supervision of the Accounts Section.
Preparation of Payment Vouchers.
Processing of Approvals for release of funds.
Ensuring that Approvals are in line with Financial Regulations.
Public Relations Unit:
Coverage of all Office of Head of Service activities on both print and electronic media.
Coordinates Meetings of Office of Head of Service.
Handles all correspondences/issues between the Office of Head of Service and the Press.
